Step 1: Receive your ballot in the mail
This is a mail ballot election. If you have not received a ballot in the mail and you are a member of the union, email sugse.elections@gmail.com with a ballot request and your current address before Thursday, October 15th.
If you aren’t yet a member of our union, fill out this online membership card by Thursday October 15th.

Step 2: Fill out your ballot

Make sure to use a blue or black pen and fill in the circles completely!

Fill out only one of the
“Lead Organizer for
[Humanities/Life/Physical/Social Sciences]” positions, based on your home department.
If you are unsure which of these applies to you, please see the
Brown List of Academic Departments.
Step 3: Put your completed ballot in the Secret Ballot envelope
Step 4: Put your Secret Ballot envelope in the regular envelope, then sign and print your name
Step 5: Mail your ballot ASAP!
Completed ballots must be postmarked by Thursday, October 22nd. Read more about the election process here.
